being very much into Spanish Habsburg History, I thought about giving the Rodelero some new looks 
Basically, the part that I’m annoyed by the base unit the most is the shield that’s rather a buckler than a rotella ^^
The real Rotella/Rodela came to be about in 1500 and resembled more like the shield of the swiss pikeman (which they, funnily, not much used at all, they would rather use the shield the italian pavisier uses, but not quite in the timeframe of the game, those pavises combined with tactics not unfamiliar to modern swat teams were used by German City Militias at around 1450-1485, before the large pike blocks of the Landsknechts came to dominate european battle fields. The Spanish, however, would copy the tactic of the pavise wielding “swat” units both from the Germans and the Italians and from there get the idea of the rodeleros.
Now, about the reskin - two things come to my mind there: first, I’d give the Rodeleros base model already a breastplate, as they were (much different to their role in the game) rather heavy infantry. Second of all, I’d give the base unit model the Adarga of the Spanish Lancer OR the Pavise of the Pavisier (albeit quite a bit smaller). So they would look more like this:
Then, in latter stages, I would replace the flat shield he has with the one of the swiss pikeman, completely covered in silver, which in the final form could get some gold highlights as those Rotelas were often times gilded to show off even a bit more

Maybe, if he’s finished my other 5.000 requests, Sealing can create something for the Rodeleros as well
