You can’t produce Armenian warrior priests with hotkey from fortified church if you have at least one villager inside the church. Doesn’t matter what warrior priests hotkey you will use - it won’t work.
Also if you select all fortified churches and will try to produce warrior priests with hotkey - it won’t work if you have even one villager inside one of the churches. You can only produce them with mouse which is super weird bug.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Garrison one villager inside Armenian fortified church
  2. Try to produce 1 or 5 (with shift) warrior priests from this fortified church using warrior priest hotkey

or

  1. Have multiple Armenian fortified churches
  2. Garrison one villager inside one of these fortified churches
  3. Select all fortified churches
  4. Try to produce 1 or 5 (with shift) warrior priests using warrior priest hotkey
