The imperial age tech “Zeal” (Delhi) only enhances the attack speed of tusk attacks for both war elephant and tower elephant. It should however also increase the attack speed of the spear attacks for war elephants and bow/crossbow attacks for tower elephants. Currently this doesnt work, the attack speed remains at 1.88 for spear attacks and 1.38 for bow/crossbow attacks; the buff icon is visible but the attack speed remains the same.
