Fire Throwers are fine.

Easy to counter rocket dmg. Just come closer.

Sentinels are kinda pop inefficient late game. Probably need a buff. Lots of people have been talking about that for a while.

For a unit that is effective in so few situations, these stats are too low. Under towers and walls, he should be stronger than the soldado.

Grenadiers have 50% range resist, they are suppose to be used against enemy buildings and ranged infantry like musketeers and archers.

Grenadiers only beat cassadors, strelets and archers. This is all. Their only use now is rat attack on factories.

Outlaws should be on this list, no the regular ones, but once you send their Dance Hall / Atonement cards their pop cost should go down to their unit equivalent. You paying extr by spending a card slot, paying the resource equivalent and the momentum loss for it

Absolutely agree. But then you will have to loosen them a little. Bandidos are too strong if they are made to 1 population.
