Ave omnibus, The Romans aren’t out yet, but the optimal way of playing them seems to be having a core of legionaries, buffed by nearby centurions. If you mainly rely on your infantry, you’ll still put a few centurions. The problem is that centurions are cavalry, thus by default they ride ahead of infantry in mixed formations. Meaning they’ll likely be among the first to die in combat, losing the commanding aura on the legionaries. So my idea is : having the unit ride at the back of the format…
