Part 91.

This is how my birthday (today) is going.
Thinking about buying TMR DLC as it is on discount. The DLC that deceived us all to believe that Persian rework will change the architecture.

Happy birthday! 65% discount is nice. It’s good stuff, you should buy it as a self birthday present!

We should start another topic asking them to fix the mounted samurai skin and archers of the eyes.

True. Archers of the Eye should be Archers and not have Crossbows.

Mounted Samurai is such a sad unit too. Look at all the skins they made for Chronicles, yet this unit has to be a Hussar.

Just make Samurai being mounted on Cavalry and give it Companion Cavalry stats.

Wdym? Caravansarai is clearly Orient Architecture rather than Central Asian. So it doesn’t stand out within Orient Set.

Except it isn’t? It was designed for the Hindustanis who don’t use the Middle Eastern Architecture, and it also stands out from the set that Hindustanis do use.

Ok

It VERY much looks like the Central Asian set.

Same colour. Same archways. Same domes.

It fits both the Middle Eastern set and the Central Asian set. Just not the South Asian set. Give the Hindustanis Islamic architecture.

Remember when everyone wishes for three years that Indians would drop Middle Eastern architecture?

That was because they represented all of India, not just Muslim India. Now they represent Muslim India, so they should have Islamic architecture.

This was already discussed somewhere on this forum. Islamic indian architecture is different from Mashreq architecture. Take a look at Agra or other places, or at Indians in AoE3.

We are talking about Central Asian, not middle eastern

Imo, the current set is fine if we assume its a nod to the overwhelmingly Hindu populace. But Central Asian fits very well for them

I disagree, but well…
