After installing UPDATE 61213 (Lunar New Year update),my fps decrease dramatically

After installing UPDATE 61213 (Lunar New Year update),my fps decrease from 75 to 35.my graphics card is GTX1070.
I am looking forward to solve this issues immediately.

Thanks for sharing this I felt like my performance was worse but I had not played in a while so thought I might be mixing up.

There is a hotfix beta on this, anyone want to jump in and test? you probably need a couple of people using to test how this works on multiplayer
