Hello knights of the Age of Empires: Definitive Edition ! It’s been less than a day since the official release of the Definitive Edition on Steam, and the whole community has been awesome at working with us and highlighting the biggest issues impacting your experience. Today’s build contains a handful of fixes for some of the biggest and most glaring issues that cropped up with the release build over the past day. As of today, the Age of Empires: Definitive Edition build 28218 is now available on the Microsoft Store, as well. Please make sure your app is updated so you can once again play with friends on the Steam version!

Updating your Microsoft Store Build
- Open the Microsoft Store.
- Click the [ ∙ ∙ ∙ ] symbol next to your profile picture.
- Select Downloads and updates.
- Press the Get updates button to automatically detect, download, and install the latest changes to your game!
- Open the game. The title screen should read Build 28218
- That’s it; you’re ready to play!
