Oh, cool. I didnt know. Perhaps she is just handling the PR of the patches.
I was expecting only two things from this patch:
- Intelligent fix for mongol TC rush
- Fix for Relic duplication bug
Got neither of those…

Prelates do not like to work for long periods of time. They simply stop doing their job at random, and they are key to the civ development.
Afaik the prelate sometimes bugs out and is then unable to inspire.
It means she has at least something to do with it…
I played an AI match to check the update, in easy level (french vs abbasid). And i was constantly attacked by small bands of spearmen. They killed lots of my villagers. It wasn’t like that before.
They said what they were going to fix though , relics is for the next patch.
Still, CMs aren’t really devs and thus not involved in the production. And even if they would know, they have a strict agenda on what they are allowedd to talk about. Most of the time, this excludes everything interesting like your question.
Even if it’s just PR, might be worth asking her on stream why such basic things havnt been touched yet, as I originally said.
Think she, and everyone else involved, have a lot to answer for!

CM in 2021 is solely responsible for banning people, posting patch notes and official memes.
The rewards for being an insider don’t get awarded after linking accounts!

BTW I disagree with OP, leave the devs alone. The patch notes already indicate they’re aware of the relic issue and a fix is coming.
Complaining about stuff they’ve already acknowledged and are working on is not productive.

i will not play this game again until they fix the RUS relic bug. This has happened to me and or team very many times. I will continue to document these players and let their names be known.

As someone who specialises in consumer feedback for a living, the most effective way to get change is for consumers to be loud about what they want.
If the forums were absolutely spammed with hundreds of posts about the relic bug every single hour for example, I would say that it would become a much larger priority.
