AI stops making Unique Unit after a while

Hello everyone and welcome back to another question.

I’ve made a scenario where a Celtic player trains Woad Raiders through a Krepost and even though it trains them (even the Elites), after half an hour it doesn’t.

I checked the AI’s point of view and I didn’t see anything wrong: the player has adequate resources, pop space and the U.U. is available, with its own hotkey.
Any ideas?

Not really sure, but you could just make a looping trigger that spawn a woad raider into kreposts every X seconds given he has pop space and resources available.
