All Available Game Lobbies Not Shown in Lobby Browser

Issue:

The full list of game lobbies does not show in the multiplayer lobby browser until I create a game lobby and then leave it.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Open the Lobby Browser from the main menu.
  2. Observe a very short list of game lobbies in the lobby browser.
  3. Create a game lobby.
  4. Cancel the game lobby.
  5. Observe many more game lobbies in the game browser now available.
