I think some viable options to nerf TC boom could be if it really needs nerfing:

• make the TC construction time longer as that would force people into spending more villager seconds building the town center instead of gathering ressources and it leaves a bigger window to deny it. Imo i like this one the most as it doesn’t kill fast TC strats but leaves bigger window to punish it.

about rams

remove the siege engineering requirement, the initial hp of the siege is 300 and the technology reduces it to 240 hp (this, to not benefit civilizations with cavalry and heavy infantry)
