Khmer was a top tier civ in 1v1s also and still is even after the farm and Elephant nerfs.

Indians were never bad 1v1. And in 1v1, Britons are far from broken, likewise Franks, I don’t think it’s needed to nerf top dogs in TGs because TGs are FOR FUN and NOT BALANCEABLE.

Britons and Franks arent broken in 1v1s

Also Portugal and Italians wont see substantially more play just because top civs get nerfed to be average. Compared to balanced civs they are still quite a bit worse.
