Any hints for "Porto" AOE2 DLC?

So how many buildings are missing? Only 2?

  1. Hindustanis new Wonder.
  2. Dravidians Castle.

Dravidians have the old indian castle

Dravidians Castle maybe use original indians castle
Hindustanis maybe gol gumbaz ,old indians wonder

I think this new DLC will nerf old Indians badly

At contrary, they are getting buffed. Like Shatagni

I thought the Hindustanis were the ones represented by the color red in the screenshots.

The Gol Gumbaz started being built in 1626, so it would fit AoE3 better

But they never replaced the Kizhi Pogost for the slavs and that’s also from the 17th century, so idk

Somnath Temple is a Hindu temple in gujarat and Hindustani represent Muslim India in game,So I think the red is Gurjaras

considering babur’s time was in 1500s This shouldnt matter much

Shatagni is a Hand Cannoneer nerf, no? They’re less accurate from the further away they get, and with +2 range now they’ll be even less accurate. Unless that gets changed somewhat, dunno.

Somewhat sad to see the Trade moving faster bonus going to the new Indian civs, I really wanted that to replace the Incan team bonus instead. Hopefully other civs will also get (re)balanced, hoping for some Inca buffs!

They should only get the Gol Gumbaz back if they once again receive the Middle Eastern architecture.

I mean, it’s a nerf but devs didin’t think it like a nerf

In castle age their camels attack faster but dont have extra pierce armor.

In imperial age they have to pay for their armor but now they will have more melee armor than before. And thet attack faster. This extra armor affects their hussars too.

Their gunpowder units have extra armor which is nice for bombard cannons against archers. And shatagni gives extra range.

However, they lose parthian tactics in imperial.

They dont have the ram line but instead the armored elephants. And they have another UU better than the elephant archer.

In teamgames, their building boost their comerce a bit, and their teambonus is more flexible

So they are nerfed only if you want CA or Elephant archerd, otherwise I think they win

And their civ icon is more unic than before

Ig they could prevent the camel scout from ruining dark age by locking their cavalry bonus damage behind feudal age.

The Hcs arent any worse with Shatagni, the problem is just that being at long range your units are just more inaccurate

woah $11 i expected $40!

i see 9,99 on steam bruh 1 dollar less

Babur died in 1530, more than 100 years before Gol Gumbaz was finished. Anything in the 1600s is pushing it, really. The latest campaign scenario is set in the 1590s…

activate the alarm bcoz there are just 13 days to we can play the thing that we were waiting for months!

Some of the bonuses for the new civs are a bit meh but their tech trees are really good.
Very distinct, very interesting looking.

The Hindustani changes are a lot less drastic than I was expecting, but they’re still cool.
It kind of feels like they have even less options than they had before but it’s hard to say without testing out their UU.
Although, 9 range hand cannons with 5/5 armour? Let’s go!

Looking forward to this great DLC!
Many new units and for the most part also very fitting historically. Graphics look awesome, so much to explore. And campaign choices are great throughout
