Oh actuallly Japan seems like a good argument to me. Hideyoshi to me always seemed like the obvious choice for a Japan campaign, but aint there any one major generals that were in the Imjin war and the Sengoku period that wasnt in Kyoto? Kurikara would be weird to make a campaign out of since it would be mostly Japanese mirros and that would get boring quite fasy
Sane goes for Persians and Magyars. Yeah their heros of the historical campaigns would be goid but aint there any other options that also fought a large variety of enemies?
Mongol invasion of Japan would be a good campaign, enemy forces can contain mongols chineese and koreans.

Magyars a good option can be John Hunyadi.
The 219 resources secretly added by the officials,means Fishing Productivity, this resources makes fishing ship like the Tatar Shepherd effect, so the navy civs added is mostly likely to be added.

This reminds me that I had seen this on SteamDB:
I was wondering why they would track your fishing or your naval battles with all civs when the only all-civ naval achievements are the demo related ones but maybe it will make more sense soon.

That will be a dream coming true for me. I want to see 10-15 S and A tier civ on Island maps.
Edit : I know just bcz we may have new naval civ doesn’t mean they will be top tier. But hopefully at least upon release they will be top tier for a while. Then again I remembered Berbers were never top tier in water.
It is actually very boring to see only Italians, Vikings and Portuguese in island type maps in big tournaments. If one of them is banned only then Koreans, Japanese, Byzantines or Malay. Still that’s not even 10 which is a bit disappointing.
