its age of empires 2 its not HD version and its not definitive edition

Friend specifies what you do, what game and what operating system … these months there is a lot of talk about the HD version and the Definitive edition. The old version of CD, you may have problems with Windows 10 and its updates. Age 2 of 1999 is a very old game and there are things that change in operating systems over time. I also recommend you find out about “voobly”.

as the original post was deleted and moved to the deleted thread in this forum I will post the issue here as it is basically also the problem which can be classified as “AoE2 wont run”

support please have a look at this as a lot of people seems to have same issue. no issue with installation though popped out on the steam
