:question: Describe the problem in detail (below). Please limit to one issue per thread.

I have been playing the game for a few months now and it runs smoothly in my laptop in Ultra or whichever quality. However, now I want to play online ranked games, so I ran the benchmark test to get the score. The issue is that I get a low score (~850) no matter what quality (even low one) I choose, even though it is running fluently.
On the other hand, my laptop has enough specs to run it. My friends have way less powerful machines and they get more than 1100 in score, which makes no sense because my laptop has way better specs.

  • No UHD DLC installed
  • Tried with different zooms
  • Tested with V-sync and without it

I first asked the community but no one was able to help me so I guess there is some bug with the video game. Original claim for help.
