I completely agree to this.
Also, please look on the full picture of the Ottoman.
Yeah, some things might be weak, but another is very strong.
Some things might be mediocre.
But a of them combined makes them actually super strong.
So far had more Ottoman games than Malian ones, and I’m having far less issues with the Ottomans, infact i find playing HRE far more “difficult” than the ottomans.
The Ottomans are a solid civ to play. Yes they need their tweaks.
But every Civ needs their tweak.
I mean just look on the Khaganate Palace for the mongols!
Look at Dheli!
Even English and French have some tweaks needed in their favor.

I criticize something about Ottomans but I trust devs will give us solid Ottoman experience. I love age of 4 music, every civ music also I like ottomans soldiers sounds. They are absolutely awesome. Thanks devs.
