Cancelling an unbuilt building does not return resources

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Place foundation
  2. Delete foundation with the DELETE ALL UNITS-hotkey
  3. Lose resources you spent

Hi @JoonasTop, Are you finding this issue with all buildings or just some?

Edit: The reason I ask is because I’m not able to reproduce the issue in single player.

True, i noticed this today… and multiplayer games are havin issues, disconecting players in the middle of the games and players can’t join a lobby sometimes

Deleting unbuild walls with new hotkey (shift + del) doesn’t refund stone

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. place a wall and don’t build it
  2. select all that wall with double click
  3. press shift+del to delete all that wall in one action
  4. watch your stone ress, it doesn’t refund

Issue:

The cost of the foundation of any building is not returned when you group-delete it with Shift+Del. This works on a single building and on multiple buildings, if you use the use Shift+Del. If you single-delete them (only Del key) it works fine (unchanged).

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Start a new game
  2. Build any building (one time or multiple times) but do not complete the building, leave the foundation at 0% to 99%.
  3. Click on a foundation and press Shift+Del - No resources returned.
  4. Do the same as step 3, but press only Del (Single-delete). You get resources back as expected.
