Cannot start the game

Issue:

I click on the game in the start menu but the game does not launch, instead it launches the Microsoft Store and shows me the “Gaming Services” app.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Click on Windows start menu
  2. In the menu, write “Age of empires definitive edition”.
  3. In the search results, I select “Age of Empires: Definitive Edition”, then I click on “Open” option.
    Result: instead of launching the app, it launches the Microsoft Store pointing at Gaming Services app.!

Build number is at the bottom right of the main screen, when you first open the game.
