Can't scroll down in game browser

first issue,
When the list of server are refresh everytime or when a new server is issued, the screen jumps up.
so lets say i am scrolling down the list of servers, and a new server is on…the list will jump up.
thats an issue when u want to scroll down and look for your right server without it jumping up every 3 seconds!!!
please fix this stupid problem.

-Multiplayer lobby is slow and bugged.
Can’t scroll down and it’s actually laggy to use.

when browsing in lobby, its automatically scroll up all the time so you cant see whats couple scrolls below. Horrible.

Bugged scrolling: Every time you scroll it puts you back to the top of the list, combined with second issue it is impossible to join games that are mid table

A work-around proposed by @Krasitto5951 is to do the following:

u can still join games at the bottom but u must be really fast
