Can't use hotkeys on PS5

I tried using mouse and keyboard on PS5 and it is working, however I can’t use any hotkeys that uses Control or Shift. I can use Control to only select military units and I can use Shift to only use villagers, that is working completely fine. However, I can’t use hotkeys like Control + Shift + H to select every town center. Also, when I try to make my own hotkeys and use Control + B or Shift + B or Control + Shift + B, for example, it only gets saved as B.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game on PS5 using mouse and keyboard.
  2. Try using hotkeys that use Control or Shift.

The hotkeys should work as intended.

Hi,

I’ve got the same issue. Nothing seems to fix it and it makes the game unplayable for me. Hopefully they can fix it soon because I sent £50 on this game and I can’t even play it at the moment

Any update on this? I want to play the game I paid £50 for. I’m still waiting to have my first game
