When trying to build a church or mosque, it takes a lot of time which also costs villager seconds, It could be helpful for the balance to see a construction time decrease.
@FoggierWizard41 bro you just made that change happen! In the most recent patch on the 17th march, the church and mosque built times reduced to 20 seconds down from 25 seconds.
