The frequency of animals walking away from TC is too HIGH

From beginning of DE release, animals are always trying to walk away from TC and this frequency is too high, I found that many times after I press shift to ask a villager to go to the hunt zone and try to push the animals back to TC, they will start to walk away from TC and make my villager push them more far away. The frequency that the hunts move around is way too high

I hope I am not the only that has an issue with this. I understand this might be done to compensate for the fact civs have a higher amount of ressources in base. But the frequency that they move is way too high. It is really frustrating having to spend a significant portion of your apm and time microing the hunts. Herding is essential on this game if you want to survive from rushes or avoid raids, but also to avoid wasting vill seconds by walking to a hunt that is far away. But now you also …

Church and Mosque build time is too long

When trying to build a church or mosque, it takes a lot of time which also costs villager seconds, It could be helpful for the balance to see a construction time decrease.
