After Confucius’ Gift arrives, and if “Hill Castle” is researched, the upgrade button of WA in the second row moved down to the third, and the options that were in the third row were replaces and no where to be found

Get Confucius’ Gift form HT
Research Hill Castle in Castle
Check War Academy
*Following the steps by 1324 would still repro
