Crashing every other game

AMD Radeon 5700, drivers up to date. experiencing crash to desktop with AMD error message. windows log shows following error, will update with Radeon error message next time it happens. Anyone more technically savvy know how to fix this? thank you! Currently uninstalling and re-installing the game to assess if this fixes the issue.

I’m having this same issue and the same error in my event viewer… I haven’t found anything helpful yet…

I have the same issue with a similar event viewer message (same Exception code). I don’t get an error message though. Reinstalling the game did not solve the issue for me. Lowering graphics settings also did not help. I’ll look into my GPU drivers next, making sure they are up to date. I filed a bug report for the issue here: Game crashes during 1v1 quick matches

Sorry I have no fix yet, I’ll let you know if anything works for me.

UPDATE: I ran the system file checker (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/application-error-0xc0000005/6224ae45-a251-4f21-b076-74524618d00a) and I indeed had corrupted system files (sometimes the cause of the exception code from the error log). I’ll know if that solved the issue when I have time to play some more games.
