Custom scenarios can change Organ Guns voice

Issue:

I’ve played a game as Portuguese and to my surprise my Organ guns (and only them) were speaking old British instead of Portuguese. Then I remembered I played @PhillySouljah’s “Francis Drake on the Spanish main” where you play as Britons and get Organ guns. So I guess it explains this change of language. I found it quite funny and if it wasn’t patched that would be cool, but I still post it in case there is a bigger underlying issue

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Suscribe to the “Francis Drake on the Spanish main” scenario
  2. Play it (no need to win it)
  3. Play as Portuguese and build Organ guns.
