CWallGate is still missing for several civs such as aztecs and chinese. it is needed to enable ai to build walls.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- ai tries to build walls
- ai fails
- disable these ai from building walls
EXPECTED RESULT
What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?
CWallGate is part of their techtree and AI can build gates.
if you enable the AI to build gates regardless of CWallGate or better yet make wall building default behavior that would be great as well.
