Can anyone help with this. I have played 650 plus hours and it just started happening. over the last two weeks. Game is unplayable multiplayer anymore.
Works single player, no issues.

Finally figured this out. For some reason my computer was trying to use INTEL Graphics instead of Nvidia. Change display settings so the laptop can only use the Nvidia card. Now its smooth.

Good for you but it happened for me on SP
