Delhi Sultanate - Wrong calculation of technology score

I think the technology score for the Delhi Sultanate is calculated wrong.

I got almost zero points in Technology score, yet had researched almost all tiers of mining, lumber, farm etc. and even elite war elephants. Also had many tiers of blacksmith research.

Not 100% this is for Delhi Sultanate only but I assume it’s because they got free technology and the game calculates the score based on the spent resources on technology.
