Difficulties for campaigns

AFAIK, Three Kingdoms has campaigns with more than 3 difficulties. Can that be done for mods? Like, can I make a campaign with more than 3 difficulties?

in the file name_layout.json, you need to add this : “ExtendedDifficultyList”: true
