I would say that you still have to download manually once it’s available. It would be kind of intrusive if steam download a game without you explicitly setting it beforehand.

I think with all DLCs, even on Steam, you have to manually install them.
If you right click on the game in your steam library, and choose properties, you can already set the DLC to be installed (but this won’t actually install it yet):
I don’t know to what extent further intervention will be needed when it becomes possible to download it.

Maybe there will be a trailer after or before the RB Wololo finals. Seems a little late though.
It seems like these guys have a favour treatment cuz they covered AoK’s release back in the days. It still suck we didn’t get info in English.

Don’t alt f4. You will miss out on the fun of not being able to believe how hard you get stomped by the new opness. Even thought stepp lancer were disaster balanced on release, I still had some fun wst hing videos of pros showing how ridiculous they actually were…

Is that really how they draw the italian peninsula? God I it looks horrible and inaccurate, but most importantly why? They drawn it correctly with the Bari campaign.

You must check old maps, it’s drawen with hands and they weren’t enough technology. (We can just take photos from our satallites.) So if they look similar shaped no problem.
The main cursed problem is here (please fix it and investigate who draw this without looking at map):

But see, if all map were inspired by “old cartography”, it would be perfectly fine.
But you have a “perfectly” drawn England I don’t get why the italian peninsula couldn’t be drawn accurately, especially if it’s drawn good in the Bari, sforza and Alaric campaigns.
Will Franks get new Castle graphic? xD I think would fit them.
I hope every civ will get it’s unique castle graphic, otherwise it would be completely inconsistent.

The Lords of the West teaser didn’t show other unique castles. So not confirmed so far. I think it will probably not happen.
You are right, I didn’t look campaign maps closely. Adriatic sea looks weird there when other maps are perfectly accurate. I think some of angles and shapes must be discorrected (for perfect ones) to make it look better. At Sicilian campaign Greece is perfectly accurate but Adriatic sea crying and East Mediterranean completely dead.
