Do I need permission to post pics from mod that I didnt create?

I wanted to share some unit ideas for the factions mentioned in - [Poll](Updated) Which civs would you like to see in the game? (All popularly requested civs included)
but I did not create the graphics that I want to use to show these units. I just want to change their name in scenario editor and take SS

do i need the permission of mod creators to do this?

The graphics i want to use are from : Omkar historical reskin mod
MBA v1 mod
AOK realms (conquerors mod)

thanks bro… but good to know that you are the creator of this great mod, btw does this mean that the immortal graphic you showed in ancient civ mod will come to historical reskin mod?
