When using the Enable/Disable Technology to enable technologies for one player, those technologies are disabled for other players.
This only occurs if the technology is not available to the player yet (for example if the player has to age up first)
Affects both normal AoE2 and Return of Rome.

  1. Make a scenarios with 2 or more players.
  2. Set player to an Age where a certain technology is not available yet.
  3. Enable that technology for one other player.
  4. Age up with the first player.
  5. The technology is now not available to the first player.

Trigger should not impact any other players.

I made Thumb Ring and Parthian Tactics available to Player 2 (Goths) but it disables Parthian Tactics for Player 1 (Huns) when they start in Castle Age.
If the starting age is changed to Feudal Age then neither technologies are available
