Hi All,
I want to create a tech using AGE that will enable Siege Ram to all civs, excluding the ones that get Siege Elephants. This tech will be part of my Data Mod that I want to use while playing against AI, hence want to use AGE and not scenario editor.
I have created the tech as follows, is it the correct way?
