In The Battle of Guadalete , after destroying the north west army/camp, the villager(s) being dropped off via the transport boat, gets stuck with the boat when the (a / first) villager is dropped off by a transport boat.

Here’s how to reproduce the problem: March up to the north west army with all of your units and kill and destroy all enemy units and buildings.
Just played it now and it worked for me. And no, no scenarios are affected by this bug, the game is. NO scenario is not unwinnable. Just make sure you friggen save before these incidents occur, it doesn’t happen 100% of the time. It all depends on where the transport hits on land and just where the villagers get off the ship. If more than one gets off, they turn from orange to yellow and you are good to go. Just takes some thoughtfulness and patience.
