Hello @JackyLin9487
I just tried to repro the issue with a member of the team but we couldn’t, I downloaded your mod, hosted a lobby and he could join without issue. Your issue could’ve been a server side issue, could you try to repro again?
Thank you!

Did you select MidOpen and wait a few minutes?
It is indeed possible to start the game if you start it immediately after joining.
But if you wait for a few minutes, you will be kicked out of the game.
The following are videos from a lobby created by a subscriber and contributed by a participant:

We could reproduce and informed the rest of the team about the issue, thank you very much for this detailed report :slight_smile:

@JackyLin9487

is this for every player?

@Felizon89

when its not for every player, our mod group came across this issue several times (almost always to do with AI files, assuming scenario/save game file from host would behave the same).

currently we have found NO fix for it, one player had possibly some windows update and stopped working and can’t even subscribe to any mod, so we suspect its an ISP issue related of some sort or some local settings changed on their PC preventing getting files

another player had this issue and went away on its own after about 2 weeks
another player reinstalled window and was able to fix it

We have a Discord group with about 50 to 100 people.
Almost all players inside have encountered this problem: at least 5 subscribers and 50 participants.
So, yes, I can assume that everyone has this problem.

To avoid developers thinking the issue is fixed in today’s update.
Report here: No, not really, the problem still occurs now (2024/03/02 10:37)!
