Game crashing everytime - im going crazy, ive tried everything

I’ve had a support ticket open since Sep 17. The person in support keeps saying they’ve forwarded my ticket to developers but i haven’t received any reply since then.

None of the suggested fixes have worked and my game has increasingly crashed more and more, to the point that it’s crashing every time, be it online, single-player, match replay, everything except being in the main menu. Usually after 5-10 min

I’ve tried including every possible log and screenshot I’ve found.
I really dont want to reinstall windows for aoe4
Every game works perfectly fine, League of legends, overwatch, Minecraft, cyberpunk, etc

I am really asking the devs @SavageEmpire566 @relic_dev_team to make the logs more verbose. As you can see, they are pretty useless.
