Game crashing everytime - im going crazy, ive tried everything

I’ve had a support ticket open since Sep 17. The person in support keeps saying they’ve forwarded my ticket to developers but i haven’t received any reply since then. None of the suggested fixes have worked and my game has increasingly crashed more and more, to the point that it’s crashing every time, be it online, single-player, match replay, everything except being in the main menu. Usually after 5-10 min I’ve tried including every possible log and screenshot I’ve found. I really dont want …

What is the cause? Bad internet?
