Hi there! It looks like many of the issues here are related to an issue with the Enhanced Graphics Pack causing a crash on computers with a Windows Display Language not set to English. In the logs you will see “Initializing Localization Manager” just before an exception error. This is something our developers are looking into and in the meantime there are several workarounds posted here:
