Home citis are initialised

I am a Steam player, and for some reason, all my home cities backed to level 1, which caused all the acquired explorer skins unavailable. I have an Xbox account and connect it with my Steam account.

So what can I do to get these skins back? Are they just lost with the archive?

Or, these skins are actually tied to the account, and I just need to go online and log in to my account to unlock the explorer skins again?

I can be sure that my previous home cities are completely lost, both locally and in cloud saves.

Yeah homecities are strange … One day i logged in and had lvl 70 sweden and my french hc was reset. Idk why this is the case… but this also happens to unlocked profilepictures etc.
Sometimes the old homecities reappear again😅

Hi, So a month ago i played as ‘random civ’ and got sweden. I never played them a lot and only ever created one deck to check out the mechanics. But now i had lvl 70 Sweden with the 3 generic ‘Beginner’ ‘Land’ and ‘Naval’ decks. [111] a week later i played with a friend of mine, who wanted to test sweden. He had the same lvl 70 Homecity with an explorer called ‘Alexei’ We thought maybe, the HC got swapped through the african royals update and it would be a one time mistake. (it was only swe…
