Here is the problem I’m experiencing. No matter which Nation I play it won’t give me points to customize the homecity after certain ranks. I guess when leveled up after 3 or 4 the points stop and it won’t give me anymore any points which is very annoying for me. It happens with the Turks, Germans and Spanish. Those are the ones I have played so far and my Turkish Homecity is Level 10 and I still did not get any points!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Play the AOE3 Civilizations
- Rank up some few games
- After reaching a certain level (I assume 4 or 5) you won’t get any points anymore no matter how high your level is
