Hi, im trying to make a mod with the old campaign voices for the spanish version of the game, but i really doesnt know how can even do it, any help?

thanks, im checking it, about overrride voice overs and converting the audio files, but how i can publish the mod when i finished, many spaniard and latin american guys me incluided doesnt like the new narrator and campaign voices
