He isn’t, and (as I’m assuming you’re from US) there’s legal reasons that allow one to do so:

Something OP has done for demonstration purposes, non commercial in principle, and from copyright free content like ancient mythology, shouldn’t get him downvoted into oblivion.

It’s an insult. Not to be taken literally like most insults aren’t. I’ve only seen it used to reference those who like to follow opinions of the group and are afraid to voice their own if it disagrees with the rest for fear of backlash. I think Reddit encourages that behavior with it’s up vote/ down vote system. I am not sure how men insulting men is misogyny. It seems like that word doesn’t mean what you think it means.
Yeah that’s kinda what I was thinking. I only have a general understanding of copyright laws and the exceptions to it so I wasn’t sure. I will have to look into it at some point and learn more. Seems like most people just have an issue if companies use it commercially not necessarily for personal non commercial purposes.
