I lost all my units but i have ships and still i lose game. Campaign mode

EXPECTED RESULT

to keep playing despite my units die, because i have ships

ACTUAL RESULT

at least say a message that if i dont have other militars units than boats i will lose, i had a pikeman next to my ship the first time i lost all my units in battle, so i didnt lose the game on the first battle
