Yes, this issue is still there unfortunately, I see it also happening on Twitch streams 
I’m not sure if I understand this isn’t mentioned on the known issues page… I cannot understand not more aren’t enjoying the game because of this bug. It’s so tedious whenever this happens when you are in the heat of the battle.
I hope you really fix this issue, I think smooth gameplay is key in any game
