Yes, these are questions that probably won’t have answers soon…
It seems so… There are no concrete records, but for example, Thucydides mentions that in the siege of Delium in 424 BC during the Peloponnesian War, a long tube on wheels was used which blew flames forward using large bellows. Then, obviously, during the existence of the Byzantine Empire, they used “Greek fire” on everything (soldiers, towers, ships, battering rams, catapults, so I wouldn’t doubt it)…
The bandeirantes are much later, from the 16th to the 18th century, they would fit better in AoE 3…
Yes, in fact the Indians in AoE3 have it as Siege Elephant (because it is based on the Mughal army which in turn descends from the Timurid army)…
I would add Ozutsu UT simply to reference AoE 4 Ozutsu…it could make the bombard cannon fire 33% faster (like Kataparuto does now with the trebuchets) and have 10% area damage (like the Ozutsu from AoE 4)…
Yes, that makes sense, plus the War Wagon would now look like the Korean Hwacha…
Yes, it would be like the Ottoman Mehter from AoE 4…
Yes, I like the idea… besides obviously making the Mongols a more nomadic civilization, and if you want, a rushing one like in AoE 4… at this point they should allow nomadic civilizations (Mongols, Cumans, Tatars, Jurchens, and Khitans) to build yurts instead of houses…
Yes, hopefully…
Yes, it should be called Fire Battering Ram, but it is what it is…
