As we well know at the moment it is not possible to add an extra custom civ without replacing an existing one, but through an effect and a technology and several effects I manage to change the technological tree of an existing civilization with the objective that the player can choose a “sub-civ” with units, buildings, technologies and bonuses of its own. The only problem is that I don’t know if it’s possible for the name of the civilization to change when researching that custom technology by assigning a string. Is it possible or only with the scenario editor?
