Is there a way to use AURA to regenerate siege units?

In AGE3 in the Tasks section of the units with the value 109 in “Search Wait time” and with the “break off combat” in 32 it is possible to create an aura that heals units close to units of all types including buildings but for a strange reason it does not heal siege units with the exception of the scorpion line is there a way for the AURA task to also regenerate the battering rams, the trebuchet, the catapults, the siege towers and the cannons?

Scorpions are not “siege weapon”, they are “ballista”, so maybe hussite wagon will also be healed.

Siege are “repair” not “heal” in the game code, but hero status can make them regenerate, so normally, you should be able to target them and add them regenerate rate with search wait time value 109. Maybe you have to enable something on the “resources” during the game then, like a “allow siege regen” what so ever.

If nothing works, then it’s due to hardcoded siege weapon beeing repairable instead of healable. But as you said it’s possible to heal building so it should be possible to target siege too.

Battering ram existing in two ID on AGE3, one is hidden, the other is the ingame one, if you target the hidden one with the aura, then it won’t work.
To avoid any mistake, try, instead of editing the unit to target, give the entire “siege weapon” classe, it’s the field juste left of the unit id, in Data mod i’ts working fine.

Trebuchet are “packed weapon”, not siege, try also target the entire class directly.

I could make an aura to regenerate packed trebs with no problems. Just use 109 as the other user said and put the id of the siege weapon like any other unit.
