I completed the 4th Chinese scenario, pressed Esc when on the home city screen after completing the scenario and all my progress for the Japan scenarios is cleared.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Complete the 4th Chinese Scenario
  2. Get returned to the home city screen
  3. Press Esc and the Japanese progress is at 0%

Had(am having) the same issue here. Playing on hard mode, Japanese Story mode completed, started china, some missions later, everything of japan was gone. Only the 1-2 save-games that did not have overwritten by chinese missions are still there.
Blood, Ice and Steel Story is still unharmed.
